In 2018 I purchased a couch from Sedlak Interiors. The salesperson was very nice and accommodating. The couch I chose was made in Canada and was a special order item. No problem. There was a sectional on the floor and the salesperson said I could get it as a couch in whatever material I picked. It had a neck rest, which was very comfortable. Also, a recliner. When I received the couch, it didn't seem as comfortable as I remembered. The dimensions were way off, making the neck rest a head rest, pushing my head forward. Not very comfortable. I called and explained the situation and they did send someone out to take it back to the shop and shave it down. Well, now I have a flat head rest. After a few months, the filling started to compress where my back rested on the cushion. Once again, they came out and removed both cushions and stuffed them better to be firmer. Seemed to be okay. Shorty after, the cushions where I sat compressed, making me sink down lower into them. I called to see if I could exchange it for something else and they basically told me in a poorly written letter "Neither we nor the factory provides a comfort warrantee on the sofas we sell". Apparently not, because it definitely was not comfortable! Well, won't be shopping there anymore!
