Andysautosport.com, the violation of everything mail order!! The nightmare began many moons ago. Ordered a urethane bumper for my Miata. It came crushed and broken, improperly packaged only in bubble wrap, half as much wrapping on the broken end. (Screen grills were also crushed, not repairable). FedX witnessed the damage and denied the claim. Then the series of e-mails with damage pictures began... asking for return authorization, progressing to a willingness to settle for any kind of compensation, to the point of begging for any kind of communication. Costly long distance phone calls were met with any and all live operators immediately putting me on hold with recorded messages... to the point of giving up. Threats of Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General's office by e-mail... still no response whatsoever. Finally I succeeded in reversing the charge on my credit card. 3 months later Andy's calls me on the phone wanting to pick up the part... ...which should be received in a suppository! -W.
