Yesterday I brought an Xbox 360 wich came with an Xbox remote control from the cex store in peckham. This was suposed to be an present for my sister and certain buttons on the remote doesn't work making it impossible to use. This is very bad as when it was given to the store they have responsibility to check what they take in the stock in order to resell as it should be working like they tell you.
