An ordinary support, the speed suits, but there are nuances

I have been a subscriber for the last two years. Without warning or notification, they made a payment, referring to the increase in General tariffs in my region. When switching to a different tariff, you will actually pay more, but you will only find out about it after switching. If you switch to a fare with a lower speed and therefore a lower fee, you will have to go to the t office. however, it is impossible to do this through your personal account, the nearest office is 10 km away. half the way there are terrible traffic jams. Why complicate it? And what else to expect...?

Now the quality of services is very bad, there is simply no Internet, with full balance and absolute serviceability. There are no explanations, applications and complaints are useless. Simply outraged by inaction! The contract is terminated!
