This law firm has a Shell credit account from 10 or more years ago and filed a lawsuit against me. I've been paying on this for 3 or 4 months now and last month on the 26 I didn't have enough funds to send them my payment and tried several times to get in touch with them and let them know my situation but could never reach them. Today I got a letter and they're continuing with the lawsuit. I only owe 400.00 on this bill and now they're wanting more for going to court! This is no way to treat people when you can't even reach out to them!!
