An agent from Liberty National contacted me and assured me that my money would be back in my account. As of this day nothing have been done, that conversation took place on 7/21/2021
I have a policy with this company and I have the amount taken out of my account every month; however, Liberty National started taken another amount and a second withdrawal in the month of April out of this account which I did not authorize. I started this policy in 2017, for my two sons, and someone in this company started a second policy on one of my sons, which I was told Jarvis Robertson has two policies which I did not authorize the second policy ( I mean why) and if I did I would have wanted one total bill and not two billb User's recommendation: Check your account it u give Liberty National your account information because someone is creating bogus accounts and am getting my Lawyer to check this out because my funds have not been placed in my account.
