Amount of phone calls and unprofessionalism

I am tired of the daily fone calls that i receive from car track and have to explain every time the same story, they are so incompetent that they don't note what the customer said in their system that every agent calls you with one problem everyday. I am sick and tired of their level of unprofessionalism. I have requested to cancel my contract since last December but to my surprise i am still billed till this day and my tracker stopped working last year June so i have been paying for nothing and yet they don't want to cancel my contract. Its irritating
