Amount I owe on my credit card is incorrect

When I check my Chase account balance the amount of my balance is incorrect by over $7,000. There are no charges on my account that I have made to equal this very large amount! I want to personally speak to a Customer Service representative at Chase, please!! I cant find a phone # to call to talk to someone!
