I cancelled my appointment after being rescheduled twice. The first reschedule was for 2 weeks.. Ok, things happen. We can wait. The 2nd reschedule was for over a month at which point I lost my patience. I called to express my displeasure and check for any sooner availability. The "receptionist" was curt, put off and rude before I was even able to begin the conversation. I'm very sorry to have put her out.. I hope when she works as a waitress in the near future after this terrible company goes under.. That somebody stiffs her on a tip! Choke and die american air ducts.. I hate your face.
