Amazon prime

I went back to china last month, and I terminated my phone number in france, now I can not log in my amazon account. three weeks ago, I got a bill of 49 euro from Amazon Prime which I never activate !. I try to contact the amazon server, but failed. Until now, I still can not take my money back!!! User's recommendation: cut the link between amazon and your bank card.
