Am waiting for a refund for tech services plan (129.00) was not told it was an automatic renewal ..cancelled it feb2020 and got a confirmation but no refund..keep calling but am getting to no avail

I took my computer to your store (Clermont in February 2019 )as a result of a virus ..They kept it for 4 days and I ended up calling to find out what was going on ...was told it was ready .The associate suggested a tech support plan in case of future problems. I was not told it was an automatic renewal plan (didn't get any paperwork just the register slip when we paid.. When I saw a charge for $129.00 on my visa I called and cancelled and received a cancellation confirmation via e-mail (march 10)..Have not got a refund and I keep calling and explaining the problem and just get a run-around .PLEASE CREDIT MY ACCOUNT ASAP This is getting tiresome !!!!!
