Am pissed

i have been calling for an appointment at the airport rd. store for 2 weeks nobody ever answers they just put you on hold, then i tried other ones and they do the same thing, very rude not professional i will be looking for another place to take my bussiness. i have been going there for years. obviousily they don't want any bussiness.
