My neighbors and I have issues every other month, never use to, till I got the towers. I pay over $200 per month, I am a widow and so are my neighbors. I get one answer from phone tec - ( I need to take the battery out once a month), and local service person - ( he never heard of that). Which is it? Very discussed with my service anymore, I have been a long time and loyal customer. User's recommendation: Don't get VAST.
