I am a us citizen. I am currently in France attending the Cannes Film Festival. I have a flight reserved to Israel on July 18 from Nice France to TLV. I am not a Israeli citizen. I have received my double dose of the Pfizer vaccine 2 mounts ago. Am I welcome to Israel? Can I enter Israel. Sincerely Laurent-Armand Lachance
