Always asking to buy, BUT NEVER ADDRESSES SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED- I WILL NOT BUY AS LONG AS I GET SAME YEAR AFTER YEAR POOR SERVICE

I am afraid to speak to any PCH customer service REP and some of the supervisors. I had two reps to say your issue being addressed just to get me off phone. Called back few days later and spent so much time speaking with one poorly trained customer service agent after another. The PCH messages showing how many days since my last order should tell PCH managers something is wrong on ITS end. POOR SERVICE WITH HIGH POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES... BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!
