I had an altercation with an employee. There are many products in the location without price tags. The employee has tried to charge me $1 more for an item I purchase all the time. The item is tissue paper. When I asked him about the price today and why no price stickers, he waved me off. When I asked for his manager, I got belligerent and started cursing at me. I am a regular customer and spend a good deal on gas and other products. There was no manager on location so I had no other choice but to log a complaint. The employee did not greet, did not say thank you. I also had to request a bag for me items and he didn't even offer a receipt. I asked another employee in the store for info to make a complaint, but could not or would not provide. This particular employee has been disrespectful to other customers and getting into shouting matches. I personally witness this same employee call a man the "N" word even with the security camera. I didn't report it at the time, but I wish I had done so. I understand people can make mistakes, but this employee has not remorse and showed no concern about my issues on the overcharging. I also expect employees would treat customers with respect. I see him work there quite a bit alone and it appears he needs training on being polite and professional.
