I know at Costco they never allow emotional dogs in the baskets in their stores. Service dogs have to on walking on a leash and not in the basket. The sams in Fullerton on placentia bl allow people to put their dogs in the bottom part of the basket in the same place the next i would put my food. You know as well as I do that regardless of a towel or not it is not healthy. When the dog urinates in the basket I guarantee you it is not cleaned or nor do do they disinfectant it. Every single week that we go we see this. Tonight she had a puppy which you know is not completely potty trained. When I talked to a manager she told me there's no rules.
