Hello, I live in Germany and received your yearly bill in late June with due date for 1 July 2121. I sent you a check on June 29, 2121. Just yesterday, August 7th, your second notice of payment due, came in the mail. Your letters of paymentt due seem to take a long time in the mail, for it always seems that your bill comes late, and probably my check crossed your mail. Unfortunately this happens often.
