Ive been using ringcentral for 10 years or more. 6 months ago we had a problem where customers who called in, would not be able to hear us and or us not hear them, and calls coming in would drop. Or calls didnt come in altogether and hence we figured its because we didnt have any calls. We find out from customers through talking to them that they tried calling us numerous times... long story short. I had called into ring central advising why im not getting calls .they looked into the issue and acknowledged they found the problem. Upset w them, and advising them that we lost lots of orders in nov and Dec due to this issue. They apklogized and told me they would adjust our bill. Thinking they would do that. We maintained our usage w them. 2 months 3 months go by. They adjusted nothing. In fact they called recently asking for another cc. I told them where is my credit they promised. They indicated they had to research. The one rep said yes. She woyld eork on it. She saw i. A week later i get another call from another rep telling me they suspended my phone. I toldb them what happen to the girl that acknowledged the issue and would work on my credit. Even escalated issue w manager. Manager called back and said they would get bavk to me in a day. Its been 5 days now. No call nothing done. More lost business, and they dont care. Unbelievable how a long time customer is treated. And they refuse to make it right. Im looking into my legal rights and loss of business Now as that would be the only way to get their attention. Not happy. Ring central doesnt care believe me.
