I just received 2 products and they are a joke. I also have an order I placed long before these 2 items and sent in asking they cancel the order but there is no actual communication or ability to actually voice your complaint. Just a multiple choice which doesnt allow you to chose what the problem actually is. Everything is just computer generated. I have received nothing of my previous order yet my card was charged July 5 2021 for 361.17. I do not want any products from this firm/internet company after receiving and seeing that the items are not as they are represented on their site but have no way of contacting them to reverse the charge and cancel the order. I am going to contact my bank and see if mastercard cant correct this but not sure how it all works. Also want my credit card off their radar Pam Welch [protected]@msn.com Hope you can help
