I had 79 reward points and went and ordered my food. The website would not work on the rewards page. Everything else would come up but my rewards. So the lady said try refreshing the app. She knew nothing about the Fazolis app because she doesnt use it she said. I had to pay for my food and when I got home and looked at my webpage ALL my points are erased. And I wasnt given a receipt. No more Fazolis User's recommendation: Make sure the app works for rewards.
