I called All City Towing in Kent to charge my dead battery because their yellow pages ad stated $50 FLAT RATE in capital letters in a red border. Below that leader the follow services were listed: lock outs, tire changes, jump starts, gas delivery. Humm, sounds good and I called them. It took them 2.5 hours to get to me (ad says 20 minutes) and they cheerfully charged my battery, took my credit card, and charged me $136. I requested the advertised rate--no go!! Do not use these people. They see a single woman on the side of the road as an opportunity to take advantage.
