i had purchased a alcatel flip phone from verizon after about 2 months i believe the outside screen went blank meaning you couldnt see the time or date low and behold they sent me a replacement phone which a used phone after arguing back and forth with them they were caught in a lie as they said i would get a brand new phone which i was proven right by the adio that was pulled proving my case...well very shortly after that the new phone i had gotten broke also seems the hinge for now apparent reason cracked...so i contacted the company again and they said even though it was still under warantee they would not do one thing for me...so i had it held together with duck tape and now the whole hidge broke into...i had a friend who had the same phone which i saw had the same cracked hinge also it seems the hinge is so flimsy it just ckacks on its own im a 63 yr old man and im very careful how i used my phone and now i have no choice but to try to buy another phone on my limited income im so upset...PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER!!! my name is Wesley r Brady Jr. 314 newlondon rd. colchester ct 06415
