I have recently bought the above phone and since having it Iv had nothing but trouble it doesn't hold charge then it stops charging, I am very disappointed as Iv always got my mum Alcatel but this time purchasing one Iv had so much trouble with it that it has put me off ever getting another. My mum is disabled an needed something reliable which has always been the case with Alcatel but definitely not this time. I purchased this phone less than a week ago
