My alarm has gone off several times in my basement during the night. Most recently the alarm went off yesterday afternoon when I was sitting on my front porch and the alarm was not even on. No one from Brinks has ever called me when the alarms have gone off which I blind frightening given that some of my clients have threatened to kill me. I have continually tried to get through to Brinks and get recordings stating I have to wait 30 minutes on hold. I am holding Brinks legally responsible for anything that happens to me given your failure to respond to my alarm going off and my inability to reach Brinks. User's recommendation: Do not get security systems with Brinks.
