Myself and another friend on Friday night rented on Sept 21rd 2018 separate vehicles from Alamo. We avoided tolls when traveling to our hotel from Dallas airport to FT Worth - we were each charged $18.10 the following week. There is no Alamo e toll number to contact to dispute the charge -- the credit card statement phone number (877-590-****) did not provide any Alamo support line. Instead utilized Thrifty support to give Avis/Budget point of contact to call and inquire. A Credit card fraud case was filed to remove charge from credit card statement since I was not in the vicinity of a toll area. REFUSE to rent from Alamo car rental again, there needs to be better access
