On July 20 2020, I have requested a refund from Caribbean Airline. I received a confirmation email saying it has gone to process and, that process will take 45 days or a little longer because of the high volume of refunds requested. It has been almost 1 year and I'm still waiting for a refund. I have made numerous phone calls and also sent emails to the refund department but to no avail. It is long enough and if I don't get a response from Caribbean airline, I have no other choice but to seek alternative assistance. See attached email sent June11, 2021 Below are Booking reference # NK8FAK-Alyssa/ Ashley/Anton Mcgann NIMOW-Merrick/Aliyah/Susie Mcgann
