I had airline travel booked last April with WestJet booked through a third party site Expedia Canada. Of course the flight was cancelled and for a over a year I have tried to get ahold of Expedia to get some kind of refund or credit. It has been over a year and there has been no communication from them and it is impossible to get a hold of them. This is the second incident I have had with Expedia! My travel dates were April 15th - April 19th and my itinerary number was #[protected] and my ticket number was #[protected]. I expect a full refund because of the lack of customer service.
