Air ticket refund.

On February 5/2020 I fought ticket To Seattle, Wa from Riga Latvia. Departure May 4.2020.INT Confirmation no.N8X5R4 Ticket no. [protected] Due to Covid 19, my trip was cancelled. Sales person Vincent from Asap promise to me refund in June 2020. Today is 5/2/2021 and I never get my refund. I had done business with Asap in the past, and never had any problems.
