Air Machine

My husband went done to the TomThumb on 1802 Creighton Rd to get air in a tire, He put money in up to $1.75 and no air, went in and they said it is not working. No sign on it and lost $1.75 and employees say nothing we can do about it. He told them they need a sign out of order and to give him is money back to no avail.
