Guys don't use Reliance Home Comfort, they are a scam They put liean on my homes, the reason is because I'm renting a new air handler from them and I pay monthly payments, I never have bad credit, I never own money to anyone You are stuck with them forever, don't purchase nothing from them!!! This company is terrible, it's a scam I wanted to refinance my house and I just found out from my bank and my broker that Reliance put a liean on my house for nothing.
