i phoned shop smart to find out why i was chg by them. Ms Monique is clearly stuffing her face so i ask her are u eating she gets defensive and gets sassy and tells me what is your name i told her i just told u i tell her i think we got off on the wrong foot so i ask her if i could speak to a sup she tells me she is not available so i tell her o would wait. She comes back on ph and ask me what is my name again i then just hang up!!
