I have a manufacturing issue with a carpet I got as a gift now I have to bring it back to the store that is far from me and bring this big carpet back, but I am handicapped and I don’t have help. I called to see if I could get the replacement delivered to me but I didn’t wanna have to pay to get the item replaced since it is not my fault it’s being replaced. No one in customer service would help. I have received the worst customer services ever.
