Aftrepays refual to look into and correct the issue im having with a newly aquired phone nilumber

I seitched cell service providers and phone numbers on 7/6/21. I heard about afterpay from a referral from family and thought id at least look into it. After doing so i decided to sign up. I was told my number was already associated with a account and i should use that email address. I have never had afterpay. I got assignes this number less than2 monthe ago. After takking to them and sending proof of my new phone number, driverslicense ,and more User's recommendation: Dont expect much help from afterpay . They wont look into or fix any problems your having.
