Your agents in Dubai City Centre were the most great when selling me two Longines but after two years and one month my watch stopped and I took it to the Rivoli in Deira City Centre dubai. They gave me first a run about and than sent to to the Wafi mall most disappointing service as they want to charge me 2200. Dirhams to repair the watch and 21 days. They refused to replace the battery saying one screw has broke. I have been wearing a Longines for fifteen years and decided to buy a new one but this is the most disappointing purchase in my life. A professional watch repair charged 93 dirhams and the watch is working. Why charge me 2200. Dirhams. ? !!! Very sad
