After sale awful experience

To whom it may concern, I am really disappointed from the behavior of the customer service and the after sale department. I have an olympic electric heater 80 liter and this morning i found out it doesn't heat up the water so i called the customer service and asked that someone come over to fix the problem they said that they can't send someone except Monday. I told her this is an emergency it is not a washing machine or a vacuum cleaner that i can pause using for 5 days, it is the water heater, she just said ironically sorry the number of complaints are full and she kept repeating it like an answer machine without even listening to what i am saying . So am i supposed to not shower for 5 days me and my family and we have children just because you are not providing enough technicians who can cover the huge amount of heaters you sell, this totally makes no sense. I know that the after sale here in Egypt is awful in most of the companies but i didn't think that a huge company like olympic electric would be as awful as any other non professional companies who just loose their customers because of after sale bad experiences. My complaint number is 6008**** so if you can do something about it this would be great and if not then welcome to the group of hideous companies who just care about selling numbers but have no respect for the customer after sale.
