After a month – finally resolved.

I applied 2/6/21 for Allstate Motor Club. First credit card denied and I understood because it was a gift card. Gave them credit card info four times and after receiving several statements I think it is finally resolved. When I called customer service it would get so far as to say my membership was approved and paid in full, then it would disconnect. I finally got to talk to a live person when I tried to cancel the whole thing, they took my info over the phone and reduced the price for my inconvenience. The amount is finally showing on my bank account and price is good for one year. What a hassle. It took almost a month to resolve. I can only hope their roadside service is better. User's recommendation: Go to an agent to get the service. Don't do it online.
