6/24/2019 - Phoenix Sky Harbor from customer service reps on phone to key agents and agents at car return garage are the worst that I have ever experienced in more than 25 years of global travels. They are rude, nasty, refused to help me get to counter to pick up a car that I reserved. I would rather walk in the Phoenix summer heat than to ever deal with them again, EVER
