May 4, 2016 I called to have this subscription cancelled because it seems to me that equifax website is more geared to getting the customer to buy more then to provide the services offered. David, the customer service agent promised me he would cxl. June 4th, 2016 I am charged again $17.95 spoke to loosie she was to escalate the account it was a technical error told me to call back in 2 hours. Spoke to another agent and supervisor. How ironic both of their names were sam and was promised my money would be refunded in 48 hours. It is june 11th, 2016 and I called again to be left on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up on. I am very upset, this is the biggest scam. I get better service from the free credit websites than I have with equifax!!!
