I am very disappointed with my haircut and my 3 year old daughters. I booked 2 appointments on the phone for my daughter and myself. I went in to the salon and was not happy as I spent £14.50 on my daughters haircut which just was an inch cut, I asked the member of staff why am I paying almost £15 for my daughter for just an inch of haircut which I could of done myself at home to be honest. My daughter was not really happy when I left the shop as she said her hair is still long and hasn't been cut short. On the other hand, I had been charged £33.50 for a wet cut where I had layers and feathers done, however blow drying wasn't included, I would've had to pay another £10 or so for a blow dry which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when I've spent so much on both of us. I left the salon looking like I just woke up from bed, not to be rude or anything. I expected more from this salon as I've always gone there for my haircut since a young age.
