ADT unauthorized debit

I sold my home in February 2021 so I asked that my services be paused. I explained that my home would take 6 1/2 to 7 months to build. ADT relocation department was fine with that. After receiving another bill in March, I called them again. I was told that the see the notes on the account and that they would make additional notes and not to worry about the bill. Then today March 30 th, my bank account was debited 1313.00. I called customer service and was transferred multiple times before I was hung up on. In addition when my services were installed they said I wouldn't have to pay cancellation fees as long as I had service at my new address. ADT's integrity was compromised in my situation.
