With LanTam.Same one I started the process with the purchase on ticket He was going to resolve all this issues He said he got a hold of CheapOiar and that they were making additional charges to my credit card, In Oder for them not to continue putting charges on to my credit card. Would have to cancel tickets with them altogether in witch they CheapOiar had already canceled the reservation. Due to $498.00 dispute. He was going to resolve this issue. Get a call from LanTam agent By canceling with CheapOiar He would reimburse $1,763.51 back to my credit credit 8181. Then I can pay LanTam $the difference on the ticket Witch would be on the return flight Adding to $1,499.00 but that I have to pay $400,00 in Oder to make the changes. (Why ami having to pay anything on something thats already paid in full). Agent tells me to reserve the tickets in Oder for him to make the changes and that the reinstated $1,763.51 it was going to take 7 to 10 days, in the mean time this would hold the reservation till then, but that I have to pay The $400.00 I said to him first of all I dont have that kind of money, and the credit is not going to aloud any changes coming from any trial against because is in dispute, So now he suggested I go to Walmart and get a Visa card that will be use for tickets purchase, the only had on apple gift card with the amount $500.00 He tells me that would work Will put $400.00 to the tickets And $100.00 back in your credit credit 8181 .when I gave him the code on the Apple Card He then put LanTam agent from Billing Team Calven ID# A9ER22894 phone # 866 435-**** Requesting more money for ticket, I stress to him, I will not put any more money for ticket, that are already paid in fully This amount that I just made payment on, Need a receipts for all this transaction now, He was to Email them to me with in 1/2 Hour in witch I did not receive He then said I will call you tomorrow by 10:am to so the bank transactions for the refund and payment on remainder Of balance for tickets with LanTam.
