ADDED OVER $4000 IN WARRANTY DID NOT WANT

EASY TO PURCHASE CAR AND LOVE CAR . THEY ADDED WARRANTY I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT AND AFTER 14 CALLS AND NO CALL BACK I FILED TWO COMPLAINTS WITH BBB AND KY STATE ATTY GENERAL OFFICE AND THEN EMAILED THEM THAT IS WHEN THEY CALLED ME BACK AS ASK IF THEY CANCELLED THE WARRANTY WOULD I RESCIND THE COMPLAINTS. I ONLY WANT THE WARRANTIES CANCELLED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER I LEFT DEALERSHIP AND TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO DELIVER CAR AND WHEN NO HEAT IN CAR I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY HAD IT 7 DAYS TO FIX HEAT. ONLY JORDAN IN SERVICE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME ABOUT HEAT, CALLED ALL MANAGERS AND EMAILED AND NOT UNTIL I TOLD THEM I MADE FORMAL COMPLAINTS DID THEY CALL ME. User's recommendation: MAKE THEM GIVE YOU PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
