Activation of replacing my card

I waited for just about an hour over the phone with oxygen it was my third phone call and when customer service finally answered I was on the phone for 28 minutes because she didn't understand and she kept asking the same questions. I needed my card activated n the lady on prior calls was supposed to activate it n it was NOT activated. They need to Retrain or fire people that don't know how to respond to phone calls experience in customer service. Friendliness helps! I recommend transfer your money out and never use oxygen again User's recommendation: Transfer your money and never use oxygen again.
