Good day I have a complaint against Game stores in Tzaneen.My son is a Grade 12 IT student and in January I bought him a laptop at Game stores in Tzaneen.He did not inform me that the laptop had software problems because he beleive d because I already bought there's nothing that can be done.i realized on the 7th of May that its not functioning well and since it's still under warranty I took it back to the store.They tried to wipe everything and realized that indeed it had software problems.They told me that they are sending the machine back to the supplier for fixing.that was on the 7th May and I was told it will take a maximum of 21days and they will communicate.up to date the laptop is still not back and I have to go to the internet cafe everyone he has work to do and I'm spending a lot of money that I don't have.i went to the store to find out about the laptop and was told they don't know what's going on the people from the repairs are not picking up their fones.i am frustrated because I paid my last money and they are not helping.
