Account was paid off and is showing up on my credit as late

My auto loan was paid off at the end of February I think. We had bought a new car elsewhere. CNAC keeps putting im delequint on payments. And has shot my credit score way down that I been working to build up to buy a house. They do not have their things together at CNAC and no communication cause it doesn't effect them so they don't care. User's recommendation: Dont do it.
