Account issue- Unknown/unfixable error for connecting to bank

I was invited FINALLY to continue with opening my account... and then, same problem and they cant fix it. It gets stuck on the screen and says "we're connecting with your bank, please wait this could take a few moments..." and it stays there... it doesnt do anything they are trying to tell me they dont know when they can fix it and its only for people with US Bank *whatever*
