Account has been frozen for 2 months and they would not accept my documents that they requested and I sent by email over six times

NetSpend all access has placed an freeze on my account after I called for a replacement card this freeze was placed on my account without my permission. Every time I call them I'm placed on hold for extremely long times I asked for a supervisor they lie and say they don't see one around I asked him why they put the freeze on there no answer I asked what I need to do to ask for documents I've sent them over six times nowmy money is just sitting there User's recommendation: Don't use NetSpend.
