Account disappear

I paid this account in full in 2016 and payments were never late. Now I need and statement that the account was pay, so I can send it to the credit report company and customer service can't find the account. Do not use their service, very bad customer service. User's recommendation: Don't use their service, bad customer service if you ever reach them.
