Account disabled without any explanation

I'm with Dropbox for years paying them annually, recently my account got disabled out of the blue with no apparent reason, tried to contact Dropbox support through email and twitter (opened 3 tickets) but no response at all, they kept ghosting me, I have all my files my memories with no way to access them, Its sad what they are doing, I felt my files are safe with them, now I don't know what to do, I'm still checking every day, Hoping they made a mistake, I should have never trusted them User's recommendation: Activate my account.
